I'm passionate about helping smart, driven people feel the way the want to feel, more of the time. Invariably that involves enjoying the energy, clarity, time and mindset to do what they’re passionate about
Having worked with thousands of driven professionals, executives, entrepreneurs and athletes over the last 25 years, I understand the tendency of high achievers to stretch themselves to their limits. Along with their tendency to sacrifice their health or self along the way.
I’ve also witnessed too many super smart people chasing malaligned or unsustainable goals head into burnout and know how destructive this can be.
