Episode 1

Welcome to episode ONE!

I’m excited to share this space with you and explore what I describe as the 5 H’s - health, happiness, hormones, healing and high performance, which are the 5 main areas I specialise in.

From our podcast name you’ve perhaps gathered that we’ll explore the Mind-Body connection and that’s what this first episode is all about. I’ll introduce why I’m so passionate about this mind-body connection and specifically share some ways they inter-connect giving us an incredible ability to heal, grow, thrive, perform and accomplish amazing things.

I’ll also share a simple self-assessment tool to help establish why you might be feeling the way you are - whether that’s at the struggling or high flying end of the spectrum - there are things to be learnt on either end.

Whilst knowledge is helpful, one aim for this podcast is to share simple practical tools to increase self-awareness which I believe is one of the main foundations of transformation and what I’m particularly interested in helping people do as a physiotherapist, coach, mentor and teacher.

So let’s dive into better understanding this Mind-Body Connection and how you can master it to help you live a full and vibrant life!
