Hi, I'm Sally Dibden and I'm delighted that you're here!

So many of our concerns: Body, Mind and Soul are totally entwined.
I passionately believe and have seen that whilst the results from treating isolated 'injury', 'mindset' and 'exhaustion' hindrances can be mediocre, the outcome from looking at your WHOLE health, lifestyle and mindset can be truly transformational.
You have an amazing and complex body, full of systems which integrate. Maybe you are working to a gruelling schedule in a top job, busy multi-tasking and raising an awesome family or training for an elite sporting event. Maybe all of the above. Whatever your role, in this day and age if we are to truly excel, without sacrificing our bodies or selves, then there are some essentials to consider.
With over 20 years experience in the field of health and sport, my skills as a High Performance & Health Coach, Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor are used to support you to do whatever you are passionate about and feel fulfilled.
You're driven to do what it takes to reach your goals and live more than a mediocre life. And you're pretty successful at it.

There often is.
My approach is a blend of scientifically proven western methods alongside selected eastern and holistic methods which just make sense given their proven track record. Being trained in both enables me to give my clients the balanced view they usually require.
Often time poor, with a range of demands upon them, my clients expect a lot from themselves. Given these demands and expectations, at certain times in their lives they often start to notice a few physical or mindset frustrations creeping in...

Are you starting to believe that you need to 'accept' that you just aren't getting any younger, this is just the way life is and these kind of things occur? After all, most people you speak to these days seem to relate to at least a couple of the symptoms. We're all under alot of pressure, so it's normal right? Common yes. Normal? Absolutely not.
The fact is, if we take the time and energy investing in ourselves, then not only do we perform better, in turn we really are best able to support those around us.
It can save you a lot of time, money and energy to be supported in a way which respects your unique body, your unique system of systems.
I love to bust the myths and explain the facts regarding how to achieve and maintain optimal levels of health and happiness. Sustainable results. Staying focused and motivated on an informed path.
There is sooo much advice out there at the click of a finger and so many doctors, coaches and therapists around to support you, that it can be hard to know where to start and who to believe.
The problem can be that the advice we receive can be conflicting and fragmented. We might ask the doctor to check there isn't anything seriously wrong. We may seek advice for the biggest of our concerns. Enthusiastically we try to get fit, we even commit to quite gruelling physical challenges to really push our bodies. We muddle around with a bit of guidance from the good old University of Google and there we have our patchy (at best) and harmful (at worst) 'plan'.
The truth is, most of us haven't got the time for endless internet searches or countless appointments. It's also highly frustrating when we have made attempts to sort things out, but it's just not worked long-term.
Besides, is anyone out there truly performing to their full potential, healthy and happy?
You're a rather busy person, so you might be thinking well yes ok, when I've got time. Once the kids are this or the mortgage that. Just pause long enough to think again. When IS the right time for you? Do you really need to wait for a crisis to occur to take action? Or actually are you already nearly in crisis?
