Hi,  I'm Sally Dibden and I'm delighted you're here ! 

 There's so much to do, other things that are more important than your health, checking in that your life is on track, fitness and wellbeing, right ? 

With todays' speed of life it can be really tricky to find the time to look after ourselves.  But really what else is there....if we don't have our health and happiness, doesn't the rest become rather insignificant ?  

There is sooo much advice out there at the click of a finger that it can be hard to know who to believe.  However most of us haven't got the time for endless google searches.  This is where I can help.  

I have put together a signature programme, tailored to your individual goals.  Now if you haven't actually got any goals yet, don't worry, we can also help to clarify what is most important for you right now to focus on.  To be honest, that's where many people actually get off track before they even start, as the goals / resolutions just aren't quite as  in-tune with what's really important.  

I currently offer 3 ways of coaching together. 

1. 'Optimal Health, Happy Self ' 

3 month programme

This is the ideal introductory programme designed to start really getting in tune with what you and your body really need to feel happy, healthy and fulfilled.  I've designed this programme using a unique blend of my skills as a health & lifestyle coach and experience as a physio, to help put in place the real essentials regarding your physical and mental wellbeing.  

Many programmes fail because they miss out important elements or aren't uniquely designed for you.

  • We start with an initial complimentary 30 minute 1:1 phonecall with myself to ensure we are a good fit to work together. 
  • This is followed by an assessment including discussion and a full musculosketal examination as required.  A weekly or alternate weekly meet in Messery, Veigy, nearby Geneva or in your own home* can be arranged. The programme can be adapted for work through Skype if you are further afield.  
  • Priority one is to focus on identifying and clarifying your goals and desires.  Then we will make a personal plan for how to get there.  We will explore the elements required for you.  
  • Your bespoke programme will support you where you need it most, in areas such as nutrition, hormones, exercise, sleep patterns, stress reduction strategies, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, life purpose and direction or any other elements required.  
  • Through a process of  teaching / coaching and practical exercises, along with more hands-on 'therapy' if required, you will start to feel empowered.  You will start to understand your body & mind and start to feel that you are in control.  

 We deal with the myths, which I see on a daily basis.  Myths which waste time, which make exercise and your overall quest for wellbeing inefficient.  

Optimal Health, Happiness and Performance Programme

3 month program includes:

  • 30 min discovery call
  • Pre - Assessment questionnaires
  • 1.15 hour full assessment of your current level of  wellbeing, including musculoskeletal assessment if required.
  • 5 follow-up sessions, 1 hour duration with weekly or alternate weekly rhythm.

I run my business in France (just across the border from Geneva) as a Health and Lifestyle Coach, Physio and Pilates Instructor.  Alongside this, I  juggle the needs of my husband, 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter.   It's a constant work in progress to ensure that my life is actually in line with my needs.  Taking the time out to check that our life is as we would like it to be, is hugely important.  Having studied many methods over the last 18 years (with plenty of challenges along the way), I can help you to raise a healthy, happy family without compromising your own needs and desires.

2.  90 minute taster 

90 Minute session "Optimize YOUR life "

Reclaim your life and feel happy, energised and focused this year ! 

This 90 minute kickstart one-to-one will help and guide you in how to clear out any areas of your life that aren't currently working for you.  These could be nutritional, negative thought patterns, lack of direction, fitness, stress reduction or health issues.  

I will help and advise you to replace these specific areas with a new way of thinking and living, in a program which is especially tailored towards you.  You will come away with the basics to kickstart the area your body is crying out for:  

  • Clarity in how to create the life you would love ?
  • Energy to sustain you and your family ? 
  • A nutritional approach to suit your bodys' needs ?
  • An exercise programme that is what you need (not what the magazines tell you you need) ?
  • Clarity on how your body is working and how to get the best out of it ? 

You will walk away from this session with a personalised blue print for optimizing the exact area of your life that need tweaking as a priority.

3. Coaching combined with Physiotherapy 

If you are currently requiring Physiotherapy then this can be ran concurrently with Coaching to maximise your time and results.  A suitable hybrid solution can be discussed.
